✩₊˚.⋆Bardo Café aims to serve just a few of the most buddhafully transformative brews, especially those related to life, emotional balance, and mental well-being.
Through awareness practices, building community, and discussion about Dukkha (dissatisfaction), Anicca (Impermanence) and Anatta (lack of self-existence)—three deep blends first roasted and poured by the Brew Master himself—we strive to grind, steep, and pour these insights in ways that feel fresh, engaging, and easy to savor.
Our hope is to offer an interconnected space where people feel safe, seen, and inspired to be themselves—where they can have fun while exploring deeper awareness, purpose, and meaning in their lives.
So wander in, bardonaut, and rest your wings a while! Between the bright phantasmagoria of passing rails, the transitory train keeps rolling on—while a warm cup awaits you in this café betwixt stops.

⋆✷˚。⋆We all experience physical and emotion hardships. We mostly overlook how life is in constant motion and ephemeral, and so we cling to experiences which are, to our disappointment, in flux and ungraspable. There is this unsatisfactory nature which runs through all experience.
What brew soothes this? Pause, breathe deeply, and simply observe without judgment. Notice sensations, thoughts, and emotions as they come and go. Just observe your experience without confusing concepts for solidity, and trying to hold on to them. If you get duped by the tedium of your own dreary conceptualization, return to the unfiltered and fresh flow of what's occurring - here and now.

⋆✴︎˚。⋆Indeed, life is a stream of continuous change. Every perception, feeling and thought that bubbles up and swirls around, soon disappears back into the stream. Yet we often relate to life as if it were static — as if moments, relationships, bodies, and moods could be held still, grasped onto: delusions of seeming constancy; vapor trails in the sky. We fool ourselves, forget, and struggle against the natural flow that goes on whether we like it or not. This resistance quietly shapes how we suffer.
Sip on this for a moment—emphasize the viewer rather than the vision... Allow thoughts, sensations and experience of the phenomenal world to be free - without analyzing the cause or involving yourself in stories. Remember—experience has no handle: only concepts are graspable. What is follows what was before, and then flows into the next moment... Simply notice how past, present and future merge into the Wow of Now. Imbibe the immanent undertones of impermanence.

⋆༜˚。⋆We move through life as if there were a solid someone or something inside everyone and everything. Yet when we look closely, this self is never quite there — only a flowing pattern of sensations, memories, and perceptions appearing and disappearing. Where do they come from, and where do they go? Like a ring of fire spun in the dark, the thingness of things — and the peopleness of people — feels real: but it is only a dance of movement.
Since thinking is linking, your mind knots up. Try this light libation of liminal liquid and let things get melty: just look at the present mind that's constantly knowing this and that. With this, you outwit your habit of falling for inherent self-existence — like realizing the water of a mirage cannot be drunk. Yum!
